Building on and supporting the success of one of the UK’s largest awards organizations, Trinity College London Press is expanding its business and seeking a dynamic and experienced member of the publishing community to help drive our strategy growth for Trinity’s music publications.

About the role

Trinity College London Press (TCLP) supports all of Trinity College London’s music publishing activities and develops new music titles, in a range of formats, in addition to our exam-related music publications. Managing a small team, you will be responsible for the production, sales and administration of the music publications portfolio, and we will look to you for innovative content creation and product expansion alongside operational management. copy. As Head of Music Publishing, you will be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the portfolio and support the Group Director in developing and implementing TCLP’s marketing strategy.

This is an opportunity for you to participate in projects at an international level, ensuring that you and the team produce relevant and representative publications for a diverse audience on a global scale. In an exciting time of change and progress at TCLP, you will have managerial responsibility for the creation, production and distribution of print and digital publications.

This role will suit a person with a professional level of musical knowledge and, combined with a strong business acumen, will allow you to lead the team according to the needs of the business. In addition to excellent managerial skills, operational efficiency and strong analytical skills, knowledge of the digital music publishing environment and associated trends, especially as we seek to improve our digital offerings, would be ideal.
